Shift In Perspective
Recently, I have had a shift in my perspective on clothing. I came to realize that what I wear indoors should be just as appropriate to wear outdoors. It’s critical to be mindful of how I clothe myself, ensuring that my clothing and demeanor reflect the nature of Jesus Christ.
Initially, I planned to change my wardrobe once I moved to a new place. However, I realized that this was not just about my physical clothes but more of a spiritual insight. It is about being clothed in the life of Jesus Christ that is within me.
During this season, a particular scripture heavily weighed on my heart. It speaks on modest apparel but also emphasizes the importance of adorning the heart with a meek and quiet spirit, which is of great value in the sight of God.
Our Story Unfolds
As a result, I felt inspired to create some designs without any specific plans for myself, just going with the flow.
After some time, I decided to research the existence of the Christian genre in the clothing market online. I was disappointed and overwhelmed with what I saw and began questioning the message these industries were trying to convey. So, I wondered about Christ’s representation in their products.
I realized that I needed to take action. I must represent Christ in everything I do, including business. Our company reveres the name of God, and this is where ministry meets entrepreneurship.
For over seven years now, I have been running a blogging website. One of the categories on my blog is called “Bible-inspired story-time.” One day, while reading a post under that category, I came across a scripture from Matthew 6:21 that reads, “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”
As I gazed at the scripture, I felt PRICELESS ESTEEM enter my heart.
Our Story Continues
There was a time when I had to pause my work and take a break for months before I could resume. I faced several obstacles I had to overcome before continuing my work, such as discouragement from certain men, fear of failure, and painful experiences. I learned to be careful with whom I shared my vision and turned to God for healing and purpose.
Priceless Esteem is not just about designs on products. It is about the Immeasurable Treasure Within – Christ in you and me. These designs should never replace your relationship with God, as He is more than mere ink on products, even when it comes to tattoos.
The thoughts of your heart, speech, and actions reflect Christ’s reign in you. Let His life be evident in all that you do. His worth is inestimable. He deserves all the praise, adoration, and sacrifice of our lips, thoughts, and thanksgiving. He is honorable, highly respected, admired, and abundantly loved. As an earthly vessel, we display the life of Christ in the earth’s sphere.
